Cross-cultural individual coaching is for the goal oriented international leader that wishes to establish clear choices that lead to the wished for results.
Cross-cultural individual coaching has the specific focus to create a greater awareness about the factors that are at stake when different cultures meet. The goal is to prepare the international leader to overcome the hindrances that may arise when different cultures meet.
Cross-cultural individual coaching offers a continually neutral space to take a step back and become aware of what it is that is truly important and what needs to happen in order to achieve the ultimate results in all of life’s areas. At the same time the international leader receives a series of effective and concrete tools to achieve synergy and to exploit the advantage of cultural comprehensiveness.
Cross-cultural individual coaching begins with a two hour intake session where the coach-client relationship is established. Thereafter we will have three sessions per month where the leaders topics set the agenda. I expect a three month commitment for first time clients and thereafter you may continue with a month-to-month or quarterly commitment. The coaching is primarily done over the telephone.
